My Owl Arrived!

I received my owl from Helga Lovegoods yesterday and wanted to share all of the goodies!

Here are some views of the whole package before I tore into the beautifully wrapped items!

The sock yarn is absolutely yummy!

I absolutely loved this bag! It is so pretty!

In addition to a sock pattern for horcrux socks and size 2 harmony wood needles (*drool*) I received instructions for magic loop which I have been dying to try!

Another Knitting Project, Nearly Finished!

I almost finished my Urban Necessity mittens last night! I've only been working on them since Christmas but, since returning to hogwarts, I haven't had much time to work on them! I am really hoping to have them finished before the weather turns cold next week! I will post a picture when I finish them.

In other exciting news, I received another owl from my video-game-loving-muggle friend with another game for my 360: ROCK BAND! :) I've been furiously practicing the drums lately and have become quite skilled. If there are any singers in the house who would like to be my lead singer, feel free to come up and give it a shot! I can't carry a tune to save my life :)

I've been a bit sluggish on maintaining my blog lately. My muggle friend James sent me a belated holiday package containing the most wonderous of muggle contraptions! He sent me something called an XBox360 and a game called Guitar Hero to go along with it. I never knew muggles could be so clever. I fear, however, that some sort of incantation has been cast upon this gift. When not in class, I feel the need to be in my room playing this game! Could it be charmed?
